Scenario Analysis
Before we begin creating a design, we understand who the users are and what they would need from it. We study various scenarios to understand how the solution will be used. We put ourselves in the user's shoes to figure out how we can best guide them through it.
Usability Analysis
As we begin work on the final design, we test it for usability and make modifications as we go along to ensure it meets user requirements.
Wireframing
Based on our analysis of users and requirements, we create a framework for the solution. This is tested thoroughly to ensure that it is creating the foundation for a solution that is user friendly.
Proto-typing
We use the wireframe to create a proto-type of the solution. We test it on a sample of target users to obtain feedback and plan the final design accordingly.
